Consultative Committee

Terms of Reference

Fairoaks Airport operates a Consultative Committee which meets at least three times per annum.

Extracts from the Terms of Reference are to provide a forum for communication and discussion through which:

Members may bring to the notice of Airport Management any matters which arise from activities or from the Airport which affect the interests of the local authority, company, body, airport users or other organisations and members of the public whom they represent
The Airport Management may provide information about developments and events at or related to the Airport which may affect or be of interest to the representative bodies.

Representation

The membership of the Committee comprises representatives from the groups listed below, plus an independent Chairman and Secretary.

Should you wish to bring a matter to the attention of the Committee then you should approach the appropriate representative from the list above who shall bring the matter to the attention of the Committee if he/she believes that it is a proper matter for the Committee to consider.
