Visiting the Airport

Fairoaks Airport is located within the county of Surrey approximately 20 miles south west of Central London. It is situated approximately 1.25 miles north of Woking, 3.1 miles south west of Junction 11 off the M25 and 5.8 miles east off Junction 3 of the M3. The airport is accessed via the A319 Chertsey Road, which runs between Ottershaw and Chobham to the south. Direct rail services to Central London (London Waterloo) operate from Woking, with the fastest journey time of 24 minutes. Fairoaks Operations Ltd currently hold the CAA authority to operate as an Ordinary Licensed Aerodrome, and the other pages on this website will enable you to access data useful to your interest in the airfield.

By Road

The airport is located on the A319 Chertsey Road, between Ottershaw and Chobham, approximately 2 miles north of Woking Town Centre, around three miles from Junction 11 of the M25, or five miles from Junction 3 of the M3.

By Rail

Mainline services by South Western Railway operate a fast link to and from Woking. The station is a 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport.

It is open to both airport staff as well as the general public, and is a tenant of the airfield rather than run by the operating company. As well as our inside seating area, we have a large terrace which looks onto the airport runway, where customers can sit and watch the aircraft. Free Wi-Fi is available to all our customers.
